We had so much fun planning this little Valentine photo shoot! Back in July when we were planning the back to school shoot, we talked about Hershey Kiss Party hats. It has always been a thought in my head, inspired by the Hershey Kiss Costume Kelsey’s mom made for her in the 90s. We put the idea in our back pockets and Valentines Day was the perfect time to bring them out!
We wanted to keep this set pretty simple, we shot only 2 weeks after Christmas so we were pretty exhausted! We chose to do a main kids table and have three different views around the table.
We set up a sweet dessert table with the most magnificent Macaron cake and an epic floral heart. Behind the table on one side we had 5 hanging heart piñatas, all different textures, sizes and heights. They were so cool, and of course filled up with the all the confetti.
On the back wall our girl Lindsi, who created the pinatas, made our vision come to life with a balloon garland and DISCO BALL LIPS. Probably one of the coolest things we’ve ever seen. They stole the show.
The table was filled with treats, sweets and kisses. The kids ran around in the cutest Valentine t shirts from the Neu Company, covered in chocolate and having the time of their lives. Each chair was adorned with Chalk Designs by Me hearts and initials, it was such a fun way to mark their seat.
We are beyond honored to have this party featured on Inspired By This– Check out their post here! Stay tuned on HOF for more magic!
